Xpert Drug Testing provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

• DOT Random Testing Consortium Enrollment
• Return-to-Duty (RTD) Program Enrollment
• DOT and Non-DOT Drug Testing

All services are delivered in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.

2. Account Registration and Maintenance

To utilize certain services, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Update your information promptly if there are any changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to your account.

Xpert Drug Testing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Certain services may be offered on a subscription basis:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorize Xpert Drug Testing to charge the applicable subscription fees to your provided payment method.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service within 48 hours of purchase and before the service has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.
• Service Commencement: Once a service has begun, refunds will not be issued.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy
